💔 Goodbye Bo 💔

Today is a very sad day for THF.

Laura’s heart (and all of our hearts) mourn the loss of Bo, the very first Cocker Spaniel who, 18 years ago, forever changed her life and marked the beginning of The Hazzard Family story.

Bo was not just “the first dog”: he was an inseparable companion, a whirlwind of energy and character, a special soul who taught true love, patience, and the strength to follow one’s dreams. With him came the very first steps of a journey that continues today in every puppy and in every family who carries a piece of his legacy.

Laura found the strength to write these words:

“The moment I feared has come.. 18 years ago you came into my life so unexpectedly. You were a little golden hurricane, and together we learned to walk step by step. I knew the day would come when we had to part, but you are never truly ready. This morning you tricked me into believing you were well, I stepped away, and when I returned you were waiting for me… I understood it was time. I laid down beside you, and together we stopped breathing at the same instant. Time stood still.. You will remain with me, with us, forever.”

Bo will forever be part of The Hazzard Family.

His spirit and his love will live on in every step we take, in every puppy that is born, in every smile of those who choose this wonderful breed.

Today, time seems to have stopped, but we know that Bo is already running free and happy beyond the rainbow bridge. 🌈🐾
